DELIVERY TIME
What is our delivery time? We'll ship your order within 1-2 business days.
RETURNS & COMPLAINTS
Returning your product
Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition and must not be washed or worn. Return shipping costs are your responsibility. The purchase price will be refunded as soon as possible, but no later than 7 days after the return.
Don't forget to include your invoice with your return shipment!

Return Policy
- Returns will only be accepted within the 7-day return period.- The items have not been worn and/or washed.- There are no food stains, makeup stains, body odors, and/or cigarette odors on the items.- No attempt has been made to repair a defect.
Sale
Unfortunately, sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Complaints
It's certainly frustrating if you have a complaint about one of our products. However, we kindly ask that you submit your complaint to our Customer Service department. You can do this by email.
Our Customer Service team will review your complaint and try to resolve it to everyone's satisfaction. We will respond to your complaint within two business days of receiving it.
* There is no washing guarantee. Any problems that arise after washing are your own responsibility.
